Step up to the challenge as Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)
As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), you support our customers after the successful completion of their project. You proactively stay in touch with them, discuss how our solutions are used in their day-to-day operations, and ensure that all stakeholders are satisfied. With your technical mindset, you understand both our software solutions and your customers’ processes and are able to connect the two in a meaningful way.
Based on these conversations, you identify new project ideas and opportunities for further development within our existing customer base. You feed these insights back to the colleagues responsible in a structured manner and support them with relevant information. In this role, you report directly to management and actively contribute customer feedback, opportunities, and clear recommendations to the ongoing development of our customer relationships and software solutions.
