Diese Methode geht von gesch\u00e4tzten Bauteillebensdauern aus, die durch regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Begutachtungen gesch\u00e4rft werden. Je nach Wichtigkeit des Bauteils finden diese\u00a0 alle 2 bis 5 Jahre statt. Intelligente Algorithmen passen die Alterungskurven auf \u00a0Grund dieser Daten an die Realit\u00e4t an und lassen so die Ableitung von belastbaren Zustandskenngr\u00f6\u00dfen zu. Prognosen ermitteln dann, wann das Lebensende eines Bauteils zu erwarten ist und ausgetauscht werden muss. Mit Hilfe von Graphen und Ampeln lassen sich Geb\u00e4ude und Anlagen auf ihren Zustand \u00fcberwachen und sofort erkennen, wo Ma\u00dfnahmen notwendig sind.<\/p>\n<p>Neben der Zustandssimulation bietet das System eine Kostensimulation an. Diese kann die Grundlage f\u00fcr Budget- und Investitionsplanungen sein.
