22. November 2005 - SynerGIS Informationssysteme GmbH, leading provider of innovative solutions in the area of geographical information systems in Austria and speedikon Facility Management AG, a decisive player in the CAFM-market with over 580 customers in Europe, have concluded a distribution-agreement for the speedikon® FM Real-Estate solutions. SynerGIS's headquarters is located in Vienna with additional offices in Innsbruck, Wiesloch (Germany) and Bratislava (Slovakia). The IT-company has been the successful ESRI-distributor in Austria and Slovakia for years. With over 2.500 customers SynerGIS is the definite market leader in the Austrian GIS market. For SynerGIS the cooperation with speedikon FM AG means a suggestive completion of its product portfolio in the area of Real Estate Management and the opening of new markets. In return, speedikon FM AG can expand its previous market presence into new customer segments which have been served by SynerGIS primarily.

The cooperation of both IT-companies will be extended also to Eastern European countries.

19.10.2005 - Bayerischer Rundfunk uses speedikon® FM software from 2006 - Installation of 30 work stations

Bayerischer Rundfunk, BR, has decided to use the Real Estate Management software of speedikon Facility Management AG from January 2006 onwards to support the management of the operation and the maintenance of its sites. With the implementation of the Real Estate Management software Bayerischer Rundfunk has set widespread objectives. The focus is above all transparency, rationalisation of the Real Estate processes and improvement of the economic efficiency of RE-workflows. At this point in time, the software will be installed on 30 work stations. At the beginning of the new year the employees will manage infrastructural, commercial and technical Real Estate processes of the broadcasting corporation using speedikon® FM solutions. Currently five sites of Bayerischer Rundfunk with over 80 buildings are captured in the software system. The buildings are allocated to the sites of the broadcasting and television studios Franken, the television studios "Unterfoehring" and "Freimann", the headquarters in Munich as well as the location in Ismaning. Key Processes like Area Management, Occupational Planning, Inventory Planning and Move Management will be controlled via speedikon® FM from January 2006 onwards. In the area of Building Automation the system will be used for Maintenance Management, Controlling of the Maintenance work orders and building services components. Cleaning Management as well as Key- and Access Management are additional processes to be optimised thanks to speedikon® FM. The company-wide web-based management of conference rooms is planned for the second quarter of 2006. Thanks to the software solution working orders will be optimised and an internal calculation of the building cost is planned via transferring of area-, consumption- and cost centres data to SAP. The external service providers of the company shall be able to access the data which they need. The objective of these measures are more efficient workflows, faster information availability and cost saving potentials. Furthermore, analysis of the process data for benchmarks will be used to be able to compare them with other public and private institutions. One objective in doing so is to identify further saving potentials. The Bavarian Broadcasting company has been formed in 1922 as "German hour in Bavaria for wireless instruction and entertainment" and begun its radio program on 30th March 1924. It was reformed 1949 after the war as public broadcasting company beginning with a radio program. Since 1950 there has been offered a second radio program in addition. 1954 television programs for the ARD-common program from Munich-Freiman have been added. 1964 The first third TV-program in Germany - the Bavarian television started. Since 1971 Bavarian 3 has been offered in addition to the radio, the first service wave in Germany. In 1980 the fourth radio program "Bavarian 4 classic" commenced and 1991 the fith radio program "B5 actual", the first news channel in Germany. Since 1995 the Bavarian broadcast company is available in the Web under www.br-online.de. 1998 "BR-alpha", the new education channel of he Bavarian television commenced. BuildOnline, provider of On Demand-solutions for Document Management and Collaboration platforms and speedikon Facility Management AG have signed a cooperation agreement. Objective of this cooperation is to support investors, building owners and operators with software solutions for the whole building life cycle. 06.06.2005 - Canton Zurich decided to implement speedikon® FM software

The Regional office of AEC in the Canton Zurich has been using the CAFM-software of speedikon Facility Management AG for about six months now to support the management and operation of central and regional administrative units. During the implementation phase the space data of 4.300 workstations in 115 buildings has been implemented in speedikon® FM alphanumerically and graphically. Infrastructural, technical and ERP processes are due to be processed with this Real Estate Management solution. Thus speedikon Facility Management AG has won a new customer in Switzerland thanks to its partner Walder+Trüeb Engineering AG and has made a further step to extend its market position in Europe. In future, the staff of the regional office will be supported electronically by order processing, cleaning planning, utilities, device management, equipment planning and settlement of services for the users. In the field of building automation the system will facilitate the maintenance planning and the documentation of the maintenance workflows. All information of a building will be managed in a central data base following a standard structure. Thus besides area details, important information regarding area utilisation, room occupation, room numbering, cleaning standard, technical equipment, energy consumption etc., is available directly in the system. CAFM as a monitoring system
The use of these applications creates the basis of easy capture of area and cost key-performance-indicators. Daniel Tanner, project manager CAFM, is convinced to be able to professionalize the management of buildings and sites of the Canton with this solution. Above all the focus is on the transparency for controlling the building operation. The software is used to support the maintenance, occupational planning and the operation of the buildings. The canton is located in the north-east of Switzerland’s midlands and consists of 171 municipalities. Having 1,2 Mio. inhabitants the Canton Zurich is Switzerland’s largest canton in population. The Regional office of AEC in the Canton Zurich – as a central AEC expert institution - generates services in the field of construction and AEC in general. speedikon Facility Management AG has signed a cooperation contract with Instar ITS, Ostrava (Czech Republic) for the commercialisation of Instar´s energy management solution Energis® in the German-speaking market. Energis® is a high-end energy management system which helps to significantly drive down costs. Energis® is a new tool on the German market, which supports to shed light into corporate energy consumption. The software can either be integrated into the speedikon® FM solution or can be used independently. Target customers are companies, who have a high energy consumption, for which complex energy charging is necessary or who want to analyse the energy costs in connection to the production. Energis® is installed at over 25 medium size and major enterprises. It is integrated into the complete operation process in these companies and can be applied in different areas of energy management, like in planning, balancing, invoicing, cost settlement, manufacture controlling, maintenance and modelling of business processes. Energis® creates a high transparency. This was the decisive reason for Škoda to implement Energis® for the energy controlling of the production as well as for the utilities for their own power plant (operating company: Ško-Energo). For this installation, the following points have been important: the short-, middle- and long-term calculation of the energy requirements, the capacity analysis and its profit in the fuel logistics and the purchase of energy. The new cooperation helps speedikon Facility Management AG to complement its energy management solution portfolio by a high-end tool, which allows the involvement of production data and supports the energy and emission trading. 16.02.2005 - District of Oberhavel is working with speedikon® FM software

In future, the district of Oberhavel will administer its buildings and facilities with speedikon Facility Management AG software. In a first step, 12 workplaces of the faculty education and building administration will be equipped with speedikon® FM. The web components of the software shall, at a later point in time, allow access of all district owned institutions to the most varying building information. For Michael Kothera, head of the faculty building and entertainment of the district of Oberhavel, the implementation of the speedikon® FM software allows for fast and standardised access of all users to building plans and data, which has become more and more imperative. Kothera is expecting transparency and improved workflow from the software and decrease in cost due to gathering, structuring and evaluation of information. Upon compilation of the relevant real estate data of the district of Oberhavel Within the next 18 months, the staff on site, such as janitors of schools, will be given access to the necessary building data. Besides many others, the outposts of the administration, the district owned schools and institutions, such as the district museum, will profit from this solution. In future, maintenance requirements will be dealt with promptly. The district of Oberhavel with approximately 197.000 inhabitants has evolved from the districts of Gransee and Oranienburg as a consequence of the land reform in 1993. With a territory of 1.795 km2 it constitutes the geographic link between Berlin and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. It consists of 14 office free communes, thereof 8 cities and 6 municipalities as well as 1 department with 5 affiliated municipalities, thereof 1 city and 4 parishes. The region of Velten/Hennigsdorf/Oranienburg is the most important conglomeration. Due to the direct proximity of Berlin the district of Oberhavel disposes of variegated traffic connections, such as highway, railway, air and water traffic.

10.02.2005 - Positive year-end closing / 43 new customers in 2004

speedikon Facility Management AG is looking back on a successful year 2004. At home as well as abroad, 43 new customers of different industrial sectors decided in favour of speedikon® FM bringing about a considerable increase compared with last year’s approximately 30 new acquisitions. Striking is the increased number of customers within the German public sector, comprising a major state capital, 7 district administrations and 5 municipalities who voted in favour of speedikon® FM software solutions. In the media segment, the company could win an important publishing company in Northern Germany and a radio broadcast station. Additionally, the market share in the fields of the chemical, automotive and aircraft industries could be incremented. With regard to the public utility companies the customer basis could be strengthened by two more customers. In 2004, speedikon Facility Management AG could post numerous new acquisitions in the European market, mostly within Hungary, the Netherlands and Switzerland. In the Netherlands alone, 10 corporations decided in favour of the speedikon® FM software. New customers in Hungary are besides many others the largest real estate operator as well as the Hungarian tax authorities. In Switzerland, additional industrial corporations and canton administrations opted for the software solutions of speedikon Facility Management. According to Dr. Peter Merkel, executive board, the positive business development of speedikon Facility Management AG is due to the extension of the product portfolio by the real estate management solutions for cost controlling and key figures.

15.12.2004 - fm-alliance meeting for the first time at RAG INFORMATIK GmbH, the new member of the fm-alliance

December 15th, 2004 – On December 14th, 2004, members of the board and managing directors of the fm-alliance member corporations met at RAG INFORMATIK GmbH to determine product, sales and marketing strategies for the year 2005. At the beginning of the meeting, RAG INFORMATIK GmbH was given a warm welcome as new member of the fm-alliance. With the joining of RAG INFORMATIK GmbH the fm-alliance is now formed by six market-dominating companies. These are speedikon Facility Management AG, as initiator of the alliance, innosys AG, Prequest in the Netherlands, ESRI Geoinformatik GmbH, Infratec plus and RAG INFORMATIK GmbH.

10.12.2004 - speedikon® FM User Group meeting on December 9th, 2004, in Munich

December 10th, 2004 - The speedikon® FM User Group came together on December 9th, 2004, in the main office of Stadtwerke München (municipal utility) being a customer of speedikon Facility Management AG. The emphasis of the meeting was put on the topics rental, maintenance and lease management as well as benchmarking. Besides other topics, Stadtwerke München presented their facility management project. In addition to visual space planning and area management the speedikon® FM rental management tool is being used for administration and billing of any rental contract and service charge statement. In 2003, the speedikon® FM User Group was initiated by speedikon Facility Management AG. It assembles four times per year, three times thereof at customers‘ locations. Due to the fact that the meetings take place at the users, the members of the User Group get to know differing facility management projects on site. In spring of this year the meeting was held in Hanover at Solvay Management Support GmbH, in summertime at F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG in Basel, in autumn at speedikon Facility Management AG in Bensheim and in December at Stadtwerke München. An average of 20 customers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland took part in the meetings. The next reunion of the speedikon® FM User Group has been scheduled for March 2005 in the Frankfurt area.

November 22nd, 2004 – RAG INFORMATIK has joined fm-alliance. Supported by a staff of 830 people the company counts among the major IT service providers within Germany and completes the fm-allicance portfolio in the areas of Business Consulting, Access & Communication Services, Human Resource & Healthcare Consulting as well as Hosting Service solutions. 04.11.2004 - Mannheim plant of DaimlerChrysler is using speedikon® FM


November 4th, 2004 – The plant of DaimlerChrysler located in Mannheim, division engine works, has decided in favour of speedikon® FM software for administration of its buildings. The FM department of the Mannheim site has planned to establish a comprehensive documentation tool for administration of at present 55 premises with the aid of the facility management software. Beside the cost accounting as per consumption of the individual user emphasis is placed on simplification and optimisation of operating procedures. With immediate effect, DaimlerChrysler is using speedikon® FM software at its Mannheim site for documentation of 406,000 sqm gross floor area as well as for cleaning management of office space and recreation rooms of 70,000 sqm. Data capture through transfer of MicroStation data as well as of architectural data from speedikon® M into the area management module of speedikon Facility Management AG has been concluded. In addition to assessment of the areas the corresponding cost centres and personnel have been recorded. At the same time, the cleaning areas have been classified and a list of specifications has been generated from speedikon® FM by means of which the contract for cleaning services can be awarded anew at lower costs. In a first step, 16 licenses of the speedikon® FM client-server solution have been implemented for administration of the buildings in Mannheim. Each license facilitates work with the modules area management and visual space planning, cleaning management, occupational planning for office space as well as document management for data of technical plants. October 4th, 2004 – This year, speedikon Facility Management AG could welcome more than 400 attendees at the speedikon® FM Technology Forum in the training centre of the Bensheim head office. From September 15th until 17th the company informed sales prospects and customers about product novelties focused on workflow and cost management. Well reputed customers and partners of the company, such as ESRI GmbH, HUK-Coburg, innosys AG, Johnson Controls, Kieback&Peter GmbH & Co. KG., Miele & Cie. GmbH & Co., Frankfurt Exhibition Centre and Pharmaserv Marburg gave lectures. In the accompanying exhibition speedikon Facility Management AG together with partners presented universal solutions and services for administration of buildings and real estate property. The congress showed once more the high level of solidarity of customers and partners with speedikon Facility Management AG. 14.07.2004 - 20 workplaces at BASF equipped with speedikon® FM

July 14th, 2004 – With immediate effect, BASF public limited company will implement speedikon Facility Management AG software modules at 20 workplaces of its Ludwigshafen location. With the aid of the programs areas, keys and master key systems, moves, maintenance as well technical building equipment shall be managed in a process oriented way. The cleaning management module will be used, as well. Furthermore, speedikon Facility Management AG will connect speedikon® FM with SAP RE by means of an online interface. A total of 900.000 qm² gross floor space shall be assessed with speedikon® FM until the end of this year. Through use of the software the decision taking process will be shortened. Standardised data and defaults are expected. In future, this shall contribute to a more effective facility management. Another aim consists in the use for in-plant security services. In a first step, approximately 250 buildings of the BASF Ludwigshafen site as well as all the premises of the BASF Limburgerhof agrarian centre will be assessed. The real estate property is composed of plants, laboratories, garages and office buildings as well as of greenhouses at Limburgerhof. Once these areas have been assessed, processes with the intranet and internet based solution of speedikon Facility Management AG shall be initiated. Until the end of the year, a total of approximately 900.000 qm² gross floor space will be recorded. Rainer Zeißler and Reiko Hinke, heads of the project at BASF, are sure not only to optimise facility management processes, but to detect weak spots and to identify saving potentials with the aid of the software. June 9th, 2004 – As last year, speedikon Facility Management AG is inviting customers and everyone interested to take part in the speedikon® FM German Technology Forum which will take place in the company’s head office. This year, the event will be held from September 15th until 17th. The forum has been prolonged from two to three days due to the general approval by more than 400 visitors in 2003. Besides an in-house exhibition, referees will give information about facility management software topics and will show profitable fields of application on the basis of project examples. The first two days are exempt from charges. The last day, September 17th, 2004 has been exclusively reserved for speedikon Facility Management AG customer workshops. During the speedikon® FM Technology Forum, facility management solutions and technologies for the efficient administration of real estate premises and plants will be presented by speedikon Facility Management AG. The corporation will give information about product strategy, innovation of speedikon® FM software and features and of the internet based product line FM Webdesk. Beside live presentation of the software lines customers and partners of speedikon Facility Management AG will give lectures about the use of speedikon® FM and FM Webdesk to support management of premises and real estate property. May 7th, 2004 – In fiscal year 2003/2004 [April 1st, 2003 until March 31st, 2004], speedikon Facility Management AG could considerably increase its turnover compared to last year’s figures. The positive result is based on more than 30 new customers in the software area, the extensive business with clients as well as the increase in orders in the CAFM service sector. The internet based product line FM Webdesk contributed crucially to increased sales. New staff in the development, consulting and call center departments in the past few months underline the company‘s growth. In the past business year, speedikon Facility Management AG could strenghten the market position in Germany and further expand the European market share. The internet based product line FM Webdesk crucially contributed to growth, not only in the domestic market. In Europe, above all in Switzerland, Hungary and the Czech Republic, the partners‘ network won several new customers. In 2003 already, Dr. Peter Merkel, CEO, anticipated a great potential for process-oriented web-based facility management solutions and, thus, the focus is continuously set on development of the internet-based product line FM Webdesk. He is certain that sales of web-based solutions will continue to increase and will have decisive impact on the results of fiscal year 2004/2005. Personnel growth reflects the positive corporate business development. Thanks to the good acceptance of the product lines in the market the consulting team had been strengthened already in August 2003. In spring, more experts have been hired for the development and consulting departments. At the beginning of May, the consulting team as well as the call center have been increased by several people. Thus, the company’s staff has grown decisively within the past months.

April 13th, 2004 – Walter Krämer has been appointed to vice president by speedikon Facility Management AG supervisory board. Through his appointment a further step towards constant growth of speedikon Facility Management AG has been taken. After having passed his general qualification for university entrance, Walter Krämer [48] majored in information technology at Darmstadt advanced technical college. In the past years, Walter Krämer, who was born in Bensheim, assumed various management and executive board positions in IEZ AG and, later on, in speedikon Facility Management AG. Krämer possesses an extensive knowledge of the CAD [Computer Aided Design] as well as FM [Facility Management] field. As of this year, Walter Krämer is head of the speedikon Facility Management AG sales department. Through his appointment to vice president a further step towards constant growth of speedikon Facility Management AG has been taken.

March 31th, 2004 – Yesterday, speedikon Facility Management AG formed an international alliance - denominated FM-Alliance - with four other corporations, market leaders in their respective business domains. By a declaration of accession of all parties involved, the alliance has been sealed in the headquarters of speedikon Facility Management AG. Besides the originator, speedikon Facility Management AG, the alliance is formed by innosys AG in Essen, Prequest in the Netherlands, ESRI Geoinformatik GmbH in Kranzberg (Munich) as supplier for comprehensive special GIS applications technology as well as Infratec plus in Bensheim. FM-Alliance is aimed at combining varying technical and organisational competences and solutions in the facility and real estate management area and to provide these broad-based for the sake of their customers and applicants. The network offers the possibility to combine data and IT systems of the fields of facility management, geomatics, portfolio management, server, safety and monitoring management as well as processes in the front office area.

11.02.2004 - Enhancement of SI-Manager and Maintenance Management modules by speedikon Facility Management AG

February 10th, 2004 – In response to praxis-oriented requirements of customers the SI-Manager and Maintenance Management modules have been supplemented with further tools by speedikon Facility Management AG. With immediate effect, the SI-Manager solution which has been developed for documentation and management of technical plants facilitates simultaneous retrieval and processing of measures concerning technical building equipment or parts thereof. Furthermore, a chronological history of tasks performed is indicated. The Maintenance Management module for systematic assessment and processing of maintenance measures and repair work has been enhanced by barcode functions. SI task management
With immediate effect, various tasks concerning individual technical building equipment or parts thereof can be retrieved and processed by means of the SI task management function within the SI-Manager module scope. As well, the user is enabled to look at measures which are overdue, imminent or completed and may process these, if required. To do so, the user is accessing dynamic masks in which he determines the information he wants to deposit. This for example can be number, designation, handling data, handling annotations regarding a technical plant or personnel information of a staff member. The masks my be enlarged on a flexibel basis by the user itself. If cyclical measures are upcoming, automatically follow-up measures are being generated. The implementation of the SI task management function is useful for operators which do not want to handle the overall maintenance process covering assessment of budgets, costs and to-do lists. Barcodes in the Maintenance Management module
The Maintenance Management module has been supplemented with the barcode function which enables scanning, listing and evaluation of conditions. In future, flexible objects, such as for example furniture or technical equipment, can be registered, scanned and retrieved via barcodes. By means of the function „scanning of inventory“ objects which are not registered in the facility management software can be scanned room-oriented. The systems allows for depositing of object denomination, model description, colour and barcode number. Thanks to the inventory function a comprehensively documented stock-taking of inventory is facilitated at any time. The data is directly deposited and confirmed in the system. By means of the function „evaluation of condition“ devices and furniture can be checked to evaluate technical operativeness and visual state. Cleaning measures and repair work can result from this evaluation.

19.01.2004 - Düsseldorf airport places further software order with speedikon Facility Management AG


January 19th, 2004 – In the field of administration of cable trays and firewalls the Düsseldorf airport is continuously counting on the software company speedikon Facility Management AG. Within the scope of a development partnership the airport is currently supporting speedikon Facility Management AG in designing an internet based cable tray and firewall management software for planning, documentation and administration as well as for order management in this area. The new workflow oriented software solution is integrated in the speedikon Facility Management AG product range under the name CTFS [cabel tray and firewall system]. The software development is focused on planning, documentation and administration of cable tray and firewalls. By means of the solution redundant data management and inconsistent data stocks should be excluded. The software allows for alphanumerical and graphical display and processing of cable trays and firewalls via web. Furthermore, an exchange of data with external companies is possible. Depending on individual need, various formats such as for example DWG, DXF, XML and ASCII can be imported. In addition, administration of actual and target figures is enabled. Thus, future planning measures, such as the installation of new cable trays and firewalls, the laying of cable and removal of components are managed by speedikon® FM. In a first step, Düsseldorf airport is planning the documentation of main cable trays including cables. As of mid 2004, firewalls and cable routes shall be managed with the software. Furthermore, CTFS will be included in the ADP landscape of Düsseldorf airport. To do so, interfaces of programs, which have already been implemented at the Düsseldorf airport, such as AutoCAD 2000 and Microsoft Excel, will be integrated in the software. As early as in 2001, the Düsseldorf airport decided in favour of the speedikon® FM software system, produce of speedikon Facility Management AG. Until today, the modules visual space planning and area management, inventory planning, occupational planning, cleaning management and lease management have been implemented. Additionally, an interface to the SAP system has been established. Long term CTFS shall become a consistent element of the facility management system, as well. In future, all specialist departments of the Düsseldorf airport shall be connected with speedikon® FM. Even external companies will be granted access to the system. Additionally, in future, all preventive maintenance tasks and repair works can be administered by means of the facility management system. Duesseldorf airport was founded in 1927 and has almost 2,500 employees today. With approx. 15 million passengers per year, it is Germany’s third-largest civil aviation airport. About 70% of all passengers from Northrhine-Westphalia take off and land in Duesseldorf. The partners of the airport are the state capital city of Duesseldorf and Airport Partners GmbH, each participating at 50%.

January 16th, 2004 – In 2003, speedikon Facility Management AG could win more than 30 new clients, such as large scale industrial corporations, banks, municipalities as well as chambers of handicraft and trade within Europe. On account of the enlarged order volume four additional staff members could be hired to support the development and consulting departments. The company has experienced constant growth as of last year, thus, indicating positive directions in the market. Among others, the following new customers could be welcomed in 2003: Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe (Karlsruhe Research Centre), SWR (broadcasting station for South and West German federal states) and Diakonie Stetten (Stetten deaconry). In 2004, speedikon Facility Management AG is expecting further key account acquisitions. The development as well as consulting department have strenghtened their workforce with additional staff members. In 2003 already and contrary to the general business sector trend, speedikon Facility Management AG boosted its team by several new appointments. Due to the hiring of four additional staff members the corporation is coming up to the positive result of winning new customers in 2003 and, at the same time, aiming at expanding customer service and at placing new products on the market. 15.01.2004 - The Chamber of Handicraft for East Thuringia is working with speedikon® FM


January 15th, 2004 – The Chamber of Handicraft for East Thuringia is implementing nine licenses of speedikon® FM software, produce of speedikon Facility Management AG. As of February 2004, the real estate management solution will not only be used for management of the professional training and technology centre [BTZ] of the Chamber of Handicraft for East Thuringia at the Rudolstadt instruction site, but as of mid 2004 for schooling purposes, as well. In future, the Chamber of Handicraft for East Thuringia will administer the educational institution Rudolstadt with the aid of the speedikon® FM software. The training centre is composed of one complex of buildings with two multiple storey training premises for commercial and environmental training as well as two instruction halls. Besides the practical use, the software is designated for facility management advanced training courses. As of mid 2004, the Chamber of Handicraft aims at offering facility management courses in the training centre. The initiative has been suggested by member corporations and technology advisors of the Chamber of Handicraft, having recognised the future need of advanced training in the facility management field by organisations. Drastic changes in economy structure, technology and labour organisation have initiated processes, which hint at the enhancement of industry-wide training centres. At present, particularly adaptations and new positionings can be seen, ranging from applications of management systems to realisation of modern training methods in cooperation of companies and vocational training schools. Implementation and training of speedikon® FM software through the Chamber of Handicraft for East Thuringia accommodates this development and fosters the service character of the Chamber of Handicraft. At the same time, the open-mindedness with regard to modern technology and methods demonstrates adaptability and flexibility of the industrial handicraft sector, as well. A total of nine software licenses have been ordered. Besides the classical modules visual space planning and area management, document management as well as move management and inventory planning, the modules cleaning management, occupational planning, access and maintenance management as well as the SI-manager are being used.
