speedikon® FM more than a CAFM-solution
 
We have been developing efficient software solutions
for our customers since 1997. These solutions allow for a structured management
and evaluation of Real Estate, Facility and Technical Installation data.
On this basis we optimise the real estate management processes using the

Integration is our strength
The speedikon® FM data
base and the IT-supported management processes
have to fit seamlessly into the existing software environment. Creation
of all kinds of interfaces, for example to ERP systems (e.g. SAP) or building
automation systems is our daily business. We are happy to provide you with
respective customer references as we have seen that all processes have to
form one unit; i.e. it is no longer effective to separate technical, infrastructural
and commercial processes from one another.
Today the requirements from the areas of occupational health and safety,
environmental protection and sustainability are added. We have taken all
these developments into account by offering you the speedikon®
FM software - a highly integrated, easily scalable and adjustable product.

large partner network in Germany and abroad can help you competently
